Internet Booking Engine (IBE) for Your Website

With the Casona Booking Engine, you can accept reservations and bookings directly through your website. All reservations and bookings are commission-free!

Activate the Booking Engine in Casona

If the booking engine isn’t activated for you yet, please send us a message via the support link at the bottom of the Manager area. We’ll then make the necessary settings for you right away.

You can try out the booking engine for as long as you like beforehand. However, without activation, only a limited number of test bookings are possible.

Configuring the Booking Engine

You can customize the booking engine with a variety of options to create the best possible booking experience for your guests. You’ll find the settings and preview in the menu under Reservations > Settings. Please be sure to provide the address listed in your legal notice and privacy policy. Both will then appear as links in the booking engine.

With the redirect feature to your website, you can specify a URL to which the guest will be redirected after a successful booking.

Customizing Fonts and Colors

You can freely customize the booking engine’s design. This requires basic programming knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Specify Your Own Source

You have the option to specify the source of the reservation, for example, to better track social media campaigns. Add the following to the booking engine’s URL:

?referrer=MEIN-CODE

After a successful reservation through the booking engine, you’ll find this information in the reservation: Source: Web (MY-CODE)

Please note that the code should not contain any special characters other than hyphens. The complete address for the booking engine would then look like this, for example:

https://booking.casona.com/de/booking/hotels/ABC123?referrer=MEIN-CODE

User Tracking in the Booking Engine

The custom extension can be used to integrate tracking programs. This allows you to use variable data, such as the total amount of the booking.
